Your enrollment of our courses is governed by these terms of use. By signing to “I HAVE READ AND AGREE TO TERMS AND CONDITIONS" statement or by using HBS Technologies site, or any of its educational services or courses, you agree to these terms and conditions. If you do not accept these terms of use and conditions, please do not involve in the enrollment process.

Our Proprietary Rights

HBS Technologies products and services contain proprietary and confidential information that is available only to enrolled users and is protected by applicable laws. The content on the HBS Technologies site and courses, including without limitation, the texts, graphics, photos, sounds, videos, interactive features and logos are owned by HBS Technologies, and it is subject to copyright and other property rights under the United Arab Emirates and foreign laws and international conventions.

Use of the Services

Subject to your full compliance with these terms of use, you may access and use HBS Technologies academy courses and content, including the materials and modules once your register and enroll for our course(s). All rights not expressly granted are reserved by HBS Technologies. Except as expressly authorized by HBS Technologies, you agree not to modify, duplicate, rent, lease, loan, sell, distribute or create derivative works based on HBS Technologies educational products and services or contents (including the materials), in whole or in part, nor may you use any of these items for any commercial purposes. We reserve the rights to refuse registration and enrollment to any student. You agree not to access HBS Technologies educational services by any means other than through the interface that is provided by HBS Technologies for use in accessing educational products and services.

Modifications

HBS Technologies reserves the right to modify or amend these terms of use at any time by notifying you of such changes via electronic communication, which may include posting the modified terms of use on HBS Technologies site or posting a notice of the modified terms to registered users, or by e-mail to you, at our sole option. All changes will be effective upon our posting or sending the communication and will only affect your use of the services after the effective date of the change, unless we clearly express otherwise. You are encouraged to regularly visit these terms of use to review for any changes. Your use of HBS Technologies site, or any of its products and services after HBS Technologies site provides notice of such changes as provided in this paragraph shall be deemed your approval of such changes. HBS Technologies can make changes which include adding or deleting products and/or features and may be made at any time. You agree that HBS Technologies shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any such modification of HBS Technologies site, courses and services or these terms of use and your sole remedy for such modification is for you to terminate your right to access and use HBS Technologies site, courses and services as provided below.

Registration and Account Information

You must register and enroll in our course(s) to have access to the courses and other complimentary incentives as a student of HBS Technologies. By registering and enrolling in our course(s), you represent, warrant and covenant that you will: (a) provide true, accurate, current and complete information about yourself as prompted by our registration form (such information being the “registration data”) and (b) maintain and promptly update the registration data to keep it true, accurate, current and complete. If you provide any information that is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, or if HBS Technologies has a reasonable ground to suspect that such information is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, HBS Technologies has the right to suspend or terminate your contract and refuse any and all current or future use of HBS Technologies courses, its products and services; we reserve the rights to refuse registration and enrollment to any student.

Complimentary support

HBS Technologies offers complimentary trade education support on our course(s) to enrolled student(s); students can contact us through email at info@hbstrading.net for any question or information in regard to the course(s). PLEASE NOTE THAT THE COMPLIMENTARY TRADE EDUCATION SUPPORT SHOULD NOT BE MISCONSTRUED AS TRADE ADVICE, INVESTMENT ADVICE OR CONSULATION OF ANY FORM. WE ALSO DO NOT OFFER ANY TRADE/INVESTMENT ADVISE NOR CONSULATION TO BUY OR SELL CRYPTOS/STOCKS.

Payment and Refund

You agree to pay all applicable fees for course(s) enrolled. Unless otherwise stated, payment for all or any course is due at the time of enrollment or before full course access is granted. HBS Technologies may change the course fees at any time, and it becomes effective upon posting. All fees are inclusive of tuition, access to online course materials, taxes and all other complimentary perks listed on the website. All payment(s) is/are non-refundable; what you are paying for is the course(s) offered by HBS Technologies and access to the course will be granted once full payment has been made, processed and confirmed. All other complimentary perks are at no additional cost to anyone which includes, a complimentary classroom training at our training center located at Single Business Tower, Business Bay, Dubai, the United Arab Emirates. You must provide HBS Technologies with valid payment information when enrolling for course(s) and you must notify HBS Technologies in advance of any change to that information. Failure by HBS Technologies to receive payment in full when due will entitle us to suspend or terminate your enrollment.

Refusal and Termination of Services

HBS Technologies reserves the right to refuse service to anyone at any time and for any reason. Such refusal may include, but is not limited to, false information that HBS Technologies determines to be violent or to advocate illegal activity; or to contravene any law, statute, or ordinance; or that otherwise violates these terms of use. We reserve the rights to refuse registration and enrollment to any student. Should any student conduct him or herself in a manner that we determine to be threatening, violent, disruptive, or offensive toward us, HBS Technologies reserves the right to terminate any and all products and services on the student’s enrollment. You further acknowledge and agree that HBS Technologies may terminate your enrollment and delete all your information. You may terminate your use of the HBS Technologies courses, its products and services at any time. Upon any termination, we will be under no obligation to provide a monetary refund to anyone.

Our courses are fully focused on Islamic Shariah compliant financial instruments; therefore, we do not teach Short Selling, Financial Derivatives and CFDs. Strategies that are taught in our courses are mainly for long positions and investments.
